About Me

Hi there, I’m Adie, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

I specialize in eating disorder treatment and have spent over a decade helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I have vast experience in higher level of care treatment centers, starting my career journey as a diet technician to becoming the Director of Dietetics and Nutrition Services at an established Chicagoland treatment program. Over the years, I’ve worked alongside people untangling patterns of restriction, binge eating, and body image distress—supporting them in understanding the why behind their experiences, not just the behaviors themselves.

My approach is rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES), cultural humility and trauma-informed care. I understand and value weight inclusivity. I see behaviors as adaptations—not failures—and counsel with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgement.

In our work together, I bring practical tools, evidence-based nutrition guidance, and specialized eating disorder expertise. Most importantly, I bring a space where you can feel heard, supported, and not alone in this process.

Outside of work, you can find me enjoying life in a multitude of ways!

I believe in the power, love and strength of community. So, you can find me enjoying time with family, friends and the community at large.

I am a nature enthusiast and always want to spend my entire days outside if possible. I enjoy hiking, gardening, watching birds and being active outdoors.

I also enjoy fantasy and imagination through television shows, books and games.

I hope to keep growing in my career, in life lessons and in singing Dolly Parton songs.
